April 2014 Art Walk

The next Jackson County Art Walk will be held Friday, April 25, 2-14, from 5-8 PM. We hope to see you there! A map will be published the week of the Art Walk and will be available at several stops around the square.

The Alleyway Studio and Art Gallery (in the alley behind Lifetime Eye Care)- artwork by local children and teens
Jackson County Museum- Joyce Shupe, china and acrylic paintings, Gin Fox, altered books

West Side of Square
Hutchins Building- Jackson County Arts members, Music by Halbleib family
Rural Water District- Dream Rocket- Fiber art panels made by Jackson County Arts members and 5th grade students at Central Elementary that will be sent to the Dream Rocket project and eventually help wrap the Saturn V Moon Rocket at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama as part of a temporary display. 
Sarah’s Enchanted Cottage- Barbara Diggs, mixed media eco-art, Sarah Devader, mixed media and fibers, Steve Schilt, flute maker, Fred Appelhanz, poetry and dulcimer music, Several other local artists will be showing art made from repurposed or recycled materials.
Denison State Bank- Chris Heineken, acoustic music
